18 December 2023, Istanbul - Miami - Hitit, ranked as the world’s 3rd-largest airline technology company, officially announced a partnership with its new partner, Holiday Air. Hitit, which continues its rapid growth graph with the success of its solutions in Passenger Service Systems and its structure that adapts to all kinds of business models and sectoral requirements in the Travel sector, will serve Holiday Air with an extensive suite of software solutions for passenger services.

Scheduled to commence flights in the first quarter of 2024, Holiday Air aims to elevate its passenger transportation ambitions by leveraging Hitit’s agile, cutting-edge reservation systems – along with a robust multi-channel sales infrastructure.

Holiday Air is registered in the USA, the Republic of Costa Rica, Venezuela, and Puerto Rico, boasting a broad operational network – spanning North and South America, the Caribbean, and Africa that offers aircraft rental for charter flights for passengers, cargo, and mail as ACMI or all-inclusive flights. Holiday Air is currently in the implementation process of Hitit´s Crane Solutions Suite to support their new flight operations between Argentina, USA, and the Caribbean, with a unique business model with different personalized services tailored to the leisure travel segment. 

In order to deliver the highest level of passenger services experience, Holiday Air has chosen Hitit´s Crane PSS Package, including Crane.PAX (Reservations, Ticketing and Travel Agencies Portal); Crane.IBE (Internet Booking Engine); Crane.MA (Mobile App); Crane.DCS (Deparure Control System); Crane.WB (Weight & Balance), and Crane.LL (Loyalty Layer).
