Hitit Computer Services has grown to become a preferred supplier of a broad range of airline solutions and services across the world. Along with Hitit’s Crane PAX/DCS in the Passenger Services domain, Hitit also offers Crane Plus, for end-to-end solutions and services for core airline operations.
The acquisition reflects Hitit’s commitment to excellence, as its Loyalty Division, underlying technology, team and care for its customers is preferred not only by most visionary airlines, but also by Amadeus, one of the most prestigious travel IT providers in the Airline industry.
Apart from the Loyalty Division departure, Hitit Computer Services will remain unchanged and will continue to operate under the previous shareholder structure, offering new generation PSS and other core airline solutions as before. Hitit will continue to offer fully-fledged loyalty and customer care features integrated into its Crane PAX.
Nur Gokman, Founder and CEO, Hitit Computer Services said: “I am proud to see one of our divisions excelling at its domain to be the choice of the world’s leading airline technology company. I am certain that the Loyalty Division will prosper under the Amadeus leadership and we will be looking forward to their success, watching them with pride. ”
”We, on the other hand, as Hitit Computer Services, will continue to serve the industry just as before with products and services that will meet the needs of the most visionary players in the market”, she said.
Julia Sattel, SVP, Airline IT, Amadeus said: “This is an important milestone for both Amadeus and our Airline IT division in particular. Loyalty is one of the key drivers connected to the core passenger servicing business of any successful airline, and being able to offer this service allows us to not only increase the value of our Altéa proposition but also to broaden our IT portfolio to better serve existing and future customers.
