Hitit CS has launched a new solution to meet these challenges: Crane Business Performance Index (BPI). Crane BPI is a new compact and comprehensive reporting tool that provides airlines with accurate and sophisticated information. Furthermore, Crane BPI offers sophisticated historical and forward-looking performance measurement data, by loading daily PAX, BSP (Billing and Settlement Plan) and DCS (Departure Control System) files into the system and prorates the transactions automatically.Through integration with third-party intelligence systems used by airlines Crane BPI enables competitor benchmark analysis. It uses the information from airlines’ own subscribed systems, such as shopping or market intelligence data.
