As we gather for the final #HititTalks of the year, we look back on 2025 with pride — a year marked by new achievements; new products; new Partners, and a growing global Hitit community. Today, our family extends across six continents, and we are proud to share every success we built together.

Throughout the year, we gained valuable insight into how our Partners view Hitit, and it reaffirmed the strong bond we have created — a bond that, in our corporate language, we call the Community Governance Model. This model is the true strength of Hitit: a blend of heart and mind that brings our entire ecosystem together.

In 2025, we operated with a demanding agenda, driven by our mission to lead aviation’s digital transformation. Whether in product strategy; business development; R&D; infrastructure or security, we worked relentlessly to empower our Partner airlines with future-proof technologies and operational excellence.

The highlight of this year was our new contribution to airline retailing. After years of development – aligned with IATA’s NDC, MAR, and One Order standards – Hitit launched Hitit Oxygen, today the world’s largest and most dynamic OOMS platform, currently live at Pegasus Airlines. Oxygen has become a fresh breath for the industry.

Alongside it, we introduced another major innovation: Hitit Payment Orchestration (HPO), a centralized platform that manages all payment integrations—banks; PSPs; A2A wallets; BNPL, and more. HPO reflects our deep understanding of airline needs and our commitment to shaping the future of airline retailing through modern, scalable, and flexible infrastructure.

All these technological advancements were developed under Hitit’s broader commitment to sustainability. Beyond our R&D focus, we prioritize being a socially and environmentally responsible company. This year, we published our first Sustainability Report and reaffirmed our intention to deliver sustainable strategies and solutions for our Partners in 2026 and beyond.

2025 was also a year of growth. We expanded our ecosystem with new Partner airlines and deepened collaborations with existing ones. From the legendary Crane FF to our award-winning Crane PSS and our rapidly rising operations and cargo products, each solution continued to prove its strength and contribute to the service quality of our Partner airlines.

The only thing we missed this year was meeting you in person. That’s why 2026 will be a year of reunion. We are excited to welcome you to another unforgettable Hitit Partner’s Event — this time in one of Türkiye’s most beautiful destinations, Izmir. Preparations have already begun, and we promise it will be worth the wait.

As we step into a new year, one thing remains certain: we will continue to support each other under all conditions. We may call ourselves your closest IT provider — but we know we are much more than that. We are a community, and we are proud to grow this ecosystem, together with our partners, each year.
