With the arrival of summer, the aviation industry’s event calendar has naturally slowed down. Yet, we are experiencing one of the busiest and most exciting periods of the year in the world of aviation. We fully understand the efforts of our airline Partners to deliver the best possible service to their passengers during this high season, when operational workloads increase significantly. As Hitit, we continue to provide uninterrupted support during this time, because we are not just a technology provider, but a true partner who walks alongside airlines and shares their goals.

In an environment where passenger experience is rapidly digitalizing and competition is intensifying; the role of technology is more vital than ever. That is why we are not only enhancing our current solutions but also launching forward-looking initiatives that will shape the future of airline retailing. The most recent and exciting example of these efforts is the launch of Hitit Oxygen. This new platform, fully aligned with global standards such as IATA’s NDC and ONE Order, lays the foundation for a new era in modern airline retailing. As we successfully closed the first half of 2025 from both an operational and financial standpoint, we also took a major step in fulfilling our corporate responsibilities. We have now begun reporting our long-standing sustainability vision in line with international standards—measurable and transparent.

Our first Sustainability Report reflects our commitment not only to environmental issues, but also to social and governance-related areas. In addition to our participation in global initiatives such as CORSIA, IATA NetZero, FlyAware, and 25by2025, we are proud to contribute to a more sustainable aviation industry as a member of the Sustainable Aviation Platform in Türkiye.

At the same time, we are strengthening our communication channels to share Hitit’s knowledge and expertise with a broader audience. With this in mind, we launched the HititTechTalks content series—a webinar series where our technical experts discuss current developments, trends, and solutions in airline and travel technologies. These webinars, available on our YouTube channel, are part of our ongoing effort to contribute to the industry. You can watch past episodes anytime and use HititTechTalks as a valuable resource to make the most of this quieter season when it is harder to connect face-to-face at industry events. The series will resume with new episodes starting in September.
