This year, we plan to feature Case Study projects more extensively, and we have launched the first one in collaboration with our technology partner Regula and Nouvelair.
Through our partnership with Regula, a global provider of identity verification and document authentication solutions, we have enhanced Nouvelair’s check-in process for greater efficiency. Nouvelair sought a passenger-centric, efficient, and flexible solution, which we delivered by integrating the airline’s online check-in system with Crane.MA (Mobile Application) and Regula’s Mobile Document Reader. Thanks to this integrated system, Nouvelair has fully automated its check-in procedures. Now, passengers can scan their travel documents, such as passports and visas, from the comfort of their homes using their smartphone cameras. Once their identity is verified, they can select their seats and receive their electronic boarding passes seamlessly.
Through this project, we have enhanced passenger satisfaction in the short term while also laying the groundwork for seamless adaptation to future advancements in digital travel identities, keeping pace with the evolving landscape of the aviation industry.
