We have joined Women in Aviation Platform GökyüzündeyİZ. As a company founded by women and continuing to set a global benchmark in aviation and technology through strong female representation, we are proud at Hitit to support this meaningful initiative.
Established in 2024 as the International Women in Aviation Association and operating since 2026 under the name Women in Aviation Platform GökyüzündeyİZ, the platform carries out its activities under the umbrella of the Istanbul Technical University Aviation Institute. In collaboration with global stakeholders including Boeing, Pegasus Airlines, and GE Aerospace, the initiative aims to strengthen women’s presence, participation, and leadership across the aviation industry.
As part of this engagement, on 5 March 2026, our Partner Experience Advisor Ozlem Salihoglu, participated as a mentor in the Accelerated Mentoring Meetup. During the event, she met with the next generation of aspiring female leaders and shared insights, experiences, and lessons gained throughout her 30 years of career in aviation.
Through initiatives such as mentorship and industry collaboration, we continue to support the development of emerging talent and contribute to a more inclusive and diverse future for the aviation and technology ecosystem.
