Italy-based airline SkyAlps has now partnered with Hitit to enhance and improve its operations. This marks Hitit’s first collaboration in Italy, enabling SkyAlps to manage its fleet of 8 aircraft more efficiently while delivering a superior travel experience to its passengers across all sales channels.
18 March 2025, Bolzano-Istanbul – SkyAlps has officially joined forces with Hitit, the 2nd-largest provider of airline reservation systems in Europe and Africa, and a global leader in airline and travel technologies. SkyAlps is a subsidiary of Fri-El Green Power a company that specializes in renewable energy, based at Bolzano Airport in the Autonomous Region of South Tyrol, Italy.
As of March 17, SkyAlps has transitioned to Hitit’s cloud-based solutions for critical airline processes, including booking, ticketing, check-in, flight operations, and dynamic pricing. Serving over 20 destinations across Europe with a fleet of 8 aircraft, SkyAlps will leverage Hitit’s innovative technologies to enhance efficiency, reduce operational costs, and elevate the customer experience. The flexible and scalable system not only supports future growth but also enables strategic collaborations with other airlines, paving the way for new partnerships and expanded connectivity.
