Istanbul-Kabul, 29 June 2018 – Hitit has completed the first half of 2018 with a new airline partner. Kam Air from Afghanistan completed the migration process and started to use Hitit’s solution suite Crane. Kam Air is operating both scheduled and charter flights domestically and regionally. As an IT provider company, Hitit has processed more than 50 billion flight queries and 65 million passengers through its systems worldwide and has a remarkable perspective and potential to continue growing.
As a new partner of Hitit, Kam Air migrated all its processes and started to use the Crane solution suite of Hitit. This suite includes the solutions for passenger reservation (Crane PAX), departure control (Crane DCS), schedule planing (Crane SP), operations control (Crane OCC), internet booking engine (Crane IBE), crew management (Crane Crew) and business performance monitoring (Crane BPI), Loyalty Layer (Crane LL), Costumer Care Layer (Crane CCL).
