Hitit Computer Services and Pegasus Airlines announce the purchase of 40% minority B shares of Hitit Computer Services by Pegasus Airlines effective 26 March 2015. With this share purchase agreement, parties also have the option to buy and sell another additional 10% of Hitit B shares after the 4th April 2016.

Pegasus Airlines on the other hand, with a staggering 41% increase in revenue in 2013 and 30% in 2014, carried 19.7 million guests in 2014 with a growth rate 1.5 times over the market average, covering 89 destinations over 37 countries, is a game-changer and an architect of new business models in the low-cost market.
