As HITIT BİLGİSAYAR HİZMETLERİ A.Ş. (“HITIT” or “Company”), we have to process your personal data which we have informed you in detail about the processing processes and we have stated below with your explicit consent in the scope of Hitit Clarification Text (Information Text) which we served to you as responsible of data.
We will process or transfer your personal data which we will process with your explicit consent only for the purposes stated below;
- I give my explicit consent for the processing of my personal information, such as my personal data which mentioned in my resume, information that whether my military service has been completed (If it is among my civic duties) and my military service exempt's due date, in condition of it is limited to the purposes of planning human resources processes and determining the date of recruitment for the position which I will work for, if I am deemed suitable for the relevant position in the employee candidate evaluation process.
- Your resume, which you have sent to the Company through e-mail, will be transferred abroad in condition of it is limited to the administration of the Company, the execution of business processes, and corporate resource planning in accordance with our internal policies due to the fact that the servers or databases of the e-mail infrastructure and programs are abroad.
Moreover, interviews may need to be conducted online for various reasons. Since the servers of the applications (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Skype) used in online interviews are abroad, your data is transferred abroad limited to the use of the application.
In order for the relevant transfer to be carried out in accordance with the law, you need to give explicit consent to transfer due to the fact that servers or database of the e-mail infrastructure and programs, and servers of the applications called Microsoft Teams, Skype, Zoom are abroad.
