Hitit closed the first half of 2022 with a high performance winning more awards, adding new airline partners to its ecosystem, ongoing R&D, and in parallel acquiring new accreditations and certifications. In addition, without a doubt, the most significant development that made 2022 special for Hitit was going public. With the successful completion of its public offering, Hitit began trading on the Borsa Istanbul.
Hitit, with 57 airline partners in its ecosystem, has become one of the fastest growing IT providers in the sector, increasing its partner portfolio by 50% in 2020 and 36% in 2021 during the global pandemic. Hitit’s success, which outperformed the growth figures for the sector, was recognized by the Gold Award it won from among 91 candidates in the sales performance category. We foresee that the post-pandemic period will be much more productive for Hitit with the energy it is receiving from its investors.
Return to the face-to-face era
Hitit, has evaluated 2022 as a year of compensation with the gradual removal of pandemic conditions and bans, continuing from where it left off with its projects and works that require physical cooperation. Online education and remote cut-over projects have been replaced by on-site training and face-to-face migration processes. At this time the Hitit teams completed productive and successful cut-over projects in Brunei and Nepal, whilst continuing to work with our airline partners in various parts of the world.
