Hitit is proud to be a signatory of the 25by2025 initiative, launched by IATA, the international organization of the aviation industry. The initiative aims to bring the representation of women in the aviation industry to at least 25 percent by 2025. Hitit recognizes that gender diversity is essential for businesses to thrive and is committed to promoting opportunities for women in the travel industry. At the moment, 35 percent of all Hitit employees, 50 percent of the Board of Directors and 65 percent of the senior management team are female.
