Istanbul, 2 March 2018 - Airline and travel IT solution provider Hitit has started a new initiative targeting young graduates. Hitit and Istanbul’s Ozyegin University Faculty of Aviation and Aeronautical Sciences have been collaborating for two years. Hitit has stepped up and hired new graduates in its headquarter. 

Özyeğin University is a private, non-profit university located in Istanbul (Turkey). Hitit Computer Services and the Ozyegin University Faculty of Aviation and Aeronautical Sciences have been working in an academic collaboration for two years. Thanks to this partnership Hitit experts have lectured for the Reservation and Management Systems course. The content of the course helped students to understand inventory management, fares, marketing tools, central reservations, online and mobile reservations and ticketing, agency distribution, check-in and departure control as well as a call center service. 

In 2018 five graduates from the Aviation Management Program have been recruited by different departments of Hitit. They will find a valuable career opportunity that reflects their academic knowledge within a professional working atmosphere. Furthermore, they will be trained as advanced aviation professionals using Hitit’s global distribution system (GDS), passenger service system (PSS)crew managementschedule planningrevenue and cost accounting processes.
