Hitit’s Sailing Team gets third place in its first race

Hitit’s Sailing Team came in third place in the IRC3 class of the “25th Miles&Smiles/Moda Deniz Kulübü Kabotaj Kupası Yat ve SportsBoat Race” which was organized by the Türkiye Yelken Federasyonu (TYF) in collaboration with the Moda Deniz Kulübü ve Türkiye Açıkdeniz Yarış Kulübü (TAYK).

In celebrations of Maritime and Cabotage Day, the Cabotage Cup took place for the 25th time, in the name of “Miles&Smiles/Moda Deniz Kulübü Kabotaj Kupası Yat ve SportsBoat Race”. 34 boats raced on the Bosporus and Hitit’s Sailing Team brought home the third-place cup in the IRC3 category. 

Under the organization of the TYF and involvement of the TAYK, the race began in front of the Çırağan Place. 34 boats took part in an intense race and crossed the finish line back at the Çırağan Place. For the first time Hitit’s Sailing Team participated in this race and achieved third place.
