- Could we get information about your company?
Today, Hitit ranks fifth in the field of global aviation technologies in the world. While founding our company with my partner Dilek Ovacik in 1994, we set out to the road with the goal of only working with local capital and exporting our technology overseas. Over the many years that have elapsed, we have made full-scope software technology that we have developed to meet all requirements of the aviation and travel sector products that are demanded and exploited all over the world. While realizing our target on one hand, on the other hand, we have made Turkey a technology exporter country. This is our pride and success.
- What would you like to say about your corporate culture and in-house synergy?

In Hitit, we have established warm relationships with both our employees and customers in our progress along a professional route. We are all on the same path and we have a common goal. Each of us has embodied our efforts, strengths and labour in the products we have developed. On the other hand, apart from the projects, we have activities, celebrations, dances and social trips that bring us together. In such environments, while the employees find morale and are happy, we have the opportunity to take a close interest in all of them. More than two hundred of our employees are young. We have a large number of female employees, which is rarely seen in IT companies. Some companies avoid employing young women due to the fear that they would get married, have children and go on leave, but we have no such prejudice, we support our young employees irrespective of their gender.
As the Hitit family, the synergy established among us naturally reflects on our customers, as well. We establish warm relationships with them, too, enabling us to do more efficient works.
- What kind of gains are ahead of the individuals who continue their career route with you?
If we look at the situation objectively, working in a company that has strengthened its position across the world, such as Hitit, is of course, a very good reference. However, as well as this, what matters is the processes that our employees take part in and experience. We develop products that make a difference in the sector and convey us to the top places in the global ranking, and being able to take part in the process of both creation and actualization of these technologies is a very valuable gain, in my opinion. I believe that, as a valuable part of the whole, our employees will always feel the experience brought to them by working side by side as a bonus.
- Could we get information about the factors making you distinguishable?
We are striving to do everything in the best and in the most accurate way. We are very meticulous in everybody getting the consideration of their labour. We strive to achieve perfection in the operation of our company in every field to the same extent as the perfectionist approach we exhibit while realizing our projects. Satisfaction of our customers makes us work efficiently in every respect. We are aware of this and do our best to maintain this smooth system.
- Are there any projects you are planning to convey your in-house hiring policy to a better position in the future?
We are considering matching our plans and careers of our employees, carry out efforts to raise their awareness of the jobs they do, and further diversify their training needs. We want the young to develop in social and cultural terms beyond the job they do, to become familiar with the world. Our efforts in these areas, as the employer, are in progress.
