According to her, "A bold initiative started by two women in the aviation and travel industry is now representing Türkiye in the best possible way, worldwide. As one of the three leading companies in the field, Hitit has consistently prioritized establishing an inclusive environment for women in the industry. With 37% of our employees, 50% of our Board of Directors and 65% of our senior management being women, we exceed the global average for gender diversity in the workplace. Hitit's dedication to diversity, equality, and inclusion is one of its essential principles. This objective stance is evident in our employment policies, corporate social responsibility (CSR) projects, and our participation in industry-wide initiatives such as the International Air Transport Association's (IATA) "25by2025 Project". The project aims to increase women's representation in the aviation sector to a minimum 25% by 2025.
