Responsibility
Hitit works to fulfill its duty to society by replicating its contribution through technology in the business world, to the social arena. Hitit, organizes projects and aid campaigns in many different fields and targets different audiences; continuing to work on healthy lifestyles, environment, welfare, education, and gender equality.

Rackets Up
Rackets Up is a full social responsibility project that Hitit both manages and actively implements.
The aim is to prevent social and socio-economic issues such as inactivity, the danger of unhealthy lifestyles, and unequal opportunities that disenfranchise some children and young people leading them into unproductive lives.
For this social responsibility project called Rackets Up, Hitit has focused on sports and its target audience is children and youth, table tennis was chosen as the activity to be implemented.
Rackets Up was designed with the close collaboration of the Turkish Table Tennis Federation. It is a project that aims to bring children and young people together through table tennis, encouraging them to love table tennis, and achieve a healthy lifestyle with regular sports activity. Rackets Up brings a professional dimension to this project with table tennis coaching and training for the teachers in the schools it attends, giving the project a sustainable foundation.

Health
Hitit takes the initiative for better treatment and health support for all age groups, but especially for children. In this context, Hitit regularly donates to the Pakistan Private Health and Rehabilitation Center, which is affiliated with the Al-Shifa Trust, and provides treatment and rehabilitation services for children with special needs. In addition to supporting the purchase of medicines, physiotherapy materials, and special education equipment for the children there, the association's website was provided free of charge by Hitit and continues to be developed.

Education
With the belief that equal opportunity education is the most fundamental right of all children and youth, Hitit also assists in this field.
Hitit, regularly helps schools that lack many opportunities due to income inequality in society, and tries to meet the needs of primary, secondary, and high school education institutions.
As an example of this, Hitit is the gold sponsor of Flare Robotics, the robotics team of Işık Anatolian High School and Science High School, to support children's transformation of their dreams and aspirations in technology into active projects. In robotics competitions held in Turkey and abroad, the team provides both financial and moral support as well as mentoring to the students.
As another example, the Equal Opportunity Scholarship Program of Özyeğin University provides scholarships for students in need that covers their entire university life. Hitit also provides a similar scholarship program to Istanbul Technical University students.

Environment
Attaching importance to activities in the field of the environment for a sustainable future, Hitit is one of the supporters of the Diamer Basha and Mohmand Dams fund against water resource shortage, one of the leading environmental threats today.

Gender Equality
Hitit, founded by women entrepreneurs, with women representing 50% of the Board of Directors and 65% of the Executive Board, is an exemplary technology company for Turkey and the world, in demonstrating equal opportunities for men and women in work life.
Based on this position and experience, Hitit works to increase the place of women in work life and the visibility of women in technology employment. Our female executives, who are active in platforms such as the Women in Technology Association - Wtech and Women in Sales Network - CSO, carry out mentoring and mentoring activities to direct and encourage young women into the field of technology.
