We are proud to share that Hitit has once again been recognized by Happy Place to Work. This year, we were awarded the “Excellent Employee Experience Certificate & Award.”
This marks our second recognition from Happy Place to Work. In 2024, Hitit was honored as the “Happiest Workplace in Türkiye” in the software category. Beyond our local achievements, Hitit was also included among the “Happiest Workplaces Around the Globe 2024”, according to a global study by Happy Workplaces Inc. The research which was conducted across 23 countries and evaluated 16,829 companies, ranked Hitit in the top 5% of the happiest workplaces worldwide, allowing for sectoral differences. In 2025, we achieved even higher scores: 82.71 in the Wellbeing Index and 92 in the HR Check, reaching a combined score of 87.36. These results clearly reflect the positive impact of our ongoing efforts at Hitit to continuously strengthen employee experience.
